Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to entertain any requests for order cancellations. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Return Policy: RUSARI offers a return option in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Faulty Product(s): If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer support team at rusaribynarjis@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Wrong Product(s) Delivered: In the event of receiving products that do not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Cancellation Request Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us immediately.

Color Discrepancy Disclaimer: While we strive to showcase accurate product colors, we cannot guarantee a true color match due to variations in lighting and computer screens. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be provided based on color discrepancies.

Refund Process: Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For orders placed using gift certificates, refunds will be provided in the form of a new gift certificate for the same value.

Damaged or Wrong Product Return Procedure: To return products damaged in transit or in case of a wrong product delivery, please contact customer support at rusaribynarjis@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Return requests made after this period will not be entertained. Postage charges for returning products will not be refunded. Only the original amount paid for returned items will be refunded.

Undelivered Items Refund: For items that were not delivered, refunds will be processed only upon confirmation that the product was not delivered to you. If you choose a refund and are not interested in any other product, the refund will be initiated.
