  • Products
    We try our best to make sure that the product colours shown are true to the product. However, the colours may vary slightly from the actual colour as the pictures displayed are photoshoot pictures. Regarding the sizes, please refer to the size guide provided.

    We always try to ensure all the details provided are accurate and correct.

  • Prohibitions
    You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or misleading information. Rusari reserves the right to terminate your use of the service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

  • Pricing and availability
    Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability. Rusari reserves the right to refuse an order. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those applicable for India for performing any transaction online.

  • Quality and Care
    All our products are checked and pass through certain quality checks before they are displayed for retail. In case you receive any product with manufacturing defect, kindly reach out to us at info@rusari.in with all the details. We will try our best to investigate and look into the matter to check what was the fault. Please note that the same needs to be done within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Discount codes
    Discount codes can only be used once in a single transaction. Two different codes can not be used at the same time. Discount codes are offered to the account holders and are only applicable through their accounts. Refunds are given to the account holders only if the item is found defective.

  • Payment methods
    Please note that for Indian customers only Indian currency is accepted. You can pay for your order through Cash on delivery, all major debit and credit cards. All transactions are securely processed on Rusari’s server. Rusari does not store any debit/credit card information.  

  • Cancellation and Return /Exchange Policy:
    Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Any request for cancellation after dispatch will not be entertained.
    We do not accept any returns on Products listed under the Accessories category, namely Underscarves, Hijab Volumiser, Brooches, Hijab pins once those items have been received by you.
    We do not accept any returns due to colour/shade difference. Colour difference happens due to Screen brightness settings as well as your display quality and we will not accept any returns due to to the same
    We do not accept any returns or exchange on items sold at a discount or sale Items. Returns will not be accepted on luxury hijabs
  • Refunds on Returned Items:
    We Provide refunds only for orders cancelled before dispatch. Prepaid orders paid via debit card, Credit card or net banking or any other prepaid method using our payment gateway partner can be refunded back in the payment method used originally by you or in the form of store credit/store voucher as per your choice. The amount is normally credited back to your account within 8-12 working days depending on your bank/financial institutions.
    For any order that were not delivered, a refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
    For orders placed through gifts certificates, a refund would be provided in form of a new gift certificate for the same value
    Refund will be processed only once we receive your return order and will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving your return order.
  • Cancellation of order:
    Rusari reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where Rusari is not able to meet the requirements of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the policy of Rusari. However, we shall duly intimate the concerned person and the applicable refund will be made within 14 working days.
  • Shipping Policy:
    Once we receive the order, will dispatch your product(s) within 2 working days using the best courier services available. You should receive the same within 5 to 7 days of dispatch.
